settings pages for this plugin gone #27

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. use Intellij EAP Maia 94.539

I can't find the plugin settings page. It prolly got lost during the 
settings change of the last release. Could you take a look on it so that we 
can use it again? The toString() generation still works, though.

JetBrains have take over this plugin.

I think the settings was moved into a button you had to press when you 
activated the plugin or something. 
JetBrains have a JIRA tracker for IDEA you can report the issue.

You can change the settings directly in the popup that you get, when you use 
the generate function.
