support insert @Override from the member choose dialog #3

In the member chooser dialog there is a option to tick [x] Insert
@Override. This feature does not work out-of-the-box for v4.0.0

The MemberChooser dialog code does not expose option to let me know if the user 
have
ticket the option on or off when dialog closes.

I have turned the option off in the dialog by default. User should use the 
velocity
template to insert @Override annotation. There is a default template provided
out-of-the -box showing this feature.
