Coincides with Knowledge Base Issue #49 Fix -- Correct references to API Server environment variables #399

For some reason senzing_api_service_port was referenced repeatedly. Not only was this wrong for the port environment variable which should be senzing_api_server_port, it was copy/pasted for every other environment variable which did not yet existed in the knowledge base.

This change corrects all those references to use the new environment variable references.
