Dockerfile does not build for 3.8.2 #508

Describe the bug The Dockerfile fails to build

To Reproduce Try to build dockerfile w/ debian 11.7 & 3.8.2

Is this using our Dockerfile or your own Dockerfile?

Actually -- I am pretty sure I know what is causing this because we hit this on the POC server a couple weeks ago -- I will address it.

Can we see your Dockerfile? It looks like it is called Dockerfilew from the screenshot. This is not our Dockerfile. docker build . succeeded for me.

I have not heard anything on this in a while. If it is completed on your end then please close it out. Otherwise, I will close it in 2 weeks if I don't hear back.
