Recover code for diff conectivity analysis using PCIT that is reimplemented by PIF and RIF authors in the CeTF bioconductor packages. https://www.bioconductor.org/packages/devel/bioc/html/CeTF.html Check if this implementation can process rectangular and squared matrices (original implmentation only could word with squared matrices.
