Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. STT is provided by private api on abair.ie. Also it doesn't support the Mayo dialect directly

Describe the solution you'd like Our own STT services trained on Mayo dialect native speakers

Describe alternatives you've considered I've looked at commercial and/or open source alternative e.g. Whisper but Gaelic support is lacking
