Ported all known unit tests from the python and ruby bindings into qless core to help ease building and maintaining language-specific bindings.

test/README.md appears to be an empty file. Is that intentional?

:+1: I was on vacation last week when this PR was opened, but wanted to say I heartily approve. I would have preferred using ruby for the tests since I don't know python at all and find ruby's testing libraries to be more expressive, but maybe this'll be a good excuse to learn some python :).
