Version bump to 0.2.0. #26

It would seem that simhash>=0.2 doesn't accept 0.2.0rc1 as matching.

0.2.0rc1 comes before 0.2. You can require >=0.2.0rc1 if you need to, but I like this change better.

Ah, good to know. Yeah, I've been a little rc-happy lately, but I figure at this point that people who don't pin versions deserve what they get :-)
