Markdown Preview cannot be open when nvatom is used #61

When Nvatom plugin is enabled and setting property Note Directory is set to different value than default one, then I cannot open Markdown Preview (e.g. via shortcut Ctrl+Shift+M or by clicking in packages bar). If property Note Directory is set to default value, problem does not occur. Problem is only in new tab of Markdown Preview opening, if I restart whole Atom and Markdown Preview tab was open, then it also occurs after restart. But If I would close it, then I can open Markdown Preview only if I reset property Note Directory to default value. Thank you.

Ubuntu 15.10 64bit, Atom v1.9.7. , Nvatom v0.11.0 , Markdow Preview v0.158.0
