I am encountering an issue when attempting to log into my SEPAL.io account using my usual credentials. Every time I try to log in, I receive the following error message: "Error occurred during authentication."
I have already tried several troubleshooting steps, including using a different browser, opening the site in incognito mode, and clearing my browser's cookies and cache. Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the issue, and I am also unable to initiate a password reset.
