do we need to include the parameters in file naming ? #79

now that the analysis can be conducted with many different options, do you think that the user could launch the same analysis twice with different parameters ?

I think it would be useful to include this parameter in the file name (encode them as leter and number of course) to avoid duplication or worse overwriting files.

yes, it is useful. particularly running the analysis using different time periods.
