Explicit labels in the transition matrix #85

I decided to use the trends.Earth symbology :

symbology that will be described in the documentation.

For column and line I have no way to add a multiline header or a multicolumn header, the transition matrix is already a very complicated widget to build. I will describe it in the documentation
