Option to select a LUT to combine productivity metrics #99

During our last discussion with the GEOLDN communtity, Neil mentioned that they are now recommending the GPG v1 lookup table in order to have constancy with the previous reporting. In this PR, I have added both LUTs to combine the metrics. GPG v2 is the default!

I'll test it on the test server before pushing in in production as we experienced many surprises lately with the applications
