make sankey with pyecharts #62

I just came across with this nice interactive charts package: https://github.com/pyecharts/pyecharts which I think I can use to replace the static and ugly sankey charts from the current implementation

Actually, I think I will use https://github.com/trungleduc/ipecharts, that makes the integration with ipywidgets more straightforward
