Missing parts of central JLM #13

See here - compared to the old map.

In a quick search it seems like gush# 30048, for example, is missing from the CSV. Can you verify? Perhaps we'll need to create a topojson for the entire CSV, where we can easily locate missing parts and show to MAPI.

Yes - some Gushim are missing from the original file. Similar issue was found in GovMap

Email was sent to MAPI to verify

This issue is not related to the code but to the base files. Need to add a some sort of test to verify that all Gushim have been received.
