New commands

incrementtimeslot or inc: Increases the timeslot number by 1
decrementtimeslot or dec: Decreases the timeslot number by 1
incrementseason or incs: Increases the season number by 1
decrementseason or decs: Decreases the season number by 1

Implements #22 and #23
