Similar to what is done now for similar image search.

This Would be really nice!! On top my head, I see three possibilities of text input for similarity search:

A file selector;
A text box for free hand-writting, which could render better semantic results than the search bar; and
Input via the API connection. All of them could also expose more parameters of the MoreLikeThis than just the similarity percentage.
