I have installed the latest version, when I restarted the application, (SE) the plugin menu did not come up on the menu system.

The video was followed to the letter, except in my case The steamapps containing SE is not on C, but on D.

How are you starting the game? Plugin loader will only work if you start the game by running SpaceEngineersLauncher.exe
