Plugins loader spams plugin errors on game launch #60

When I start the game with plugin loader it shows me errors for all active plugins, asking if I want to see logs and suggesting disabling these plugins, if I just ignore and try to load the world - it gets stuck at 91%. As far as I could read the log it looks like it can't download the plugin, I tried to download them manually from github and placing xmls where they seemed to go, but nothing changed. These are network errors. Something on your PC or your network is blocking it

It wasn't back when plugin loader was on Steam. Did plugins downloading server or something changed? I thought they were on github, obviosly it's not blocked since I'm writing here and downloaded some plugins manually from the repo.
