Rename git repo to yum-plugin-s3-iam, to match RPM name #67

The name of the git repo is misleading. The actual RPM is "yum-plugin-s3-iam", please reset the repo name accordingly.

Github leaves hooks so that old references to the old location will still work, so it won't break existing branches.
