Description

Implement Google Analytics for user behavior tracking and feature usage analysis.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Set up Google Analytics 4
[ ] Track page views and navigation
[ ] Track feature usage (bridge days, traffic view, etc.)
[ ] Track user preferences (states, planning type)
[ ] Implement cookie consent
[ ] Create custom events for key actions
