Release 10.0.0 #432

New major release 10.0.0 is out and npm wants me to update but there is no info/changelog at https://github.com/seppevs/migrate-mongo/tags Whats changed please?

Upgrade to require MongoDB version 4 or 5. See https://github.com/seppevs/migrate-mongo/commit/e4d944680db7222482ce55340eaddf15c02c234d. But I agree something like a CHANGELOG.md or GitHub release to document this breaking change would be appreciated.
