Missing route ID in bus feed release for April 26th, 2020 #23

The bus feed release for the April 26th lifeline service schedule has 204 Invalid value validation errors, according to Google's transit feed validator tool.

The route_id of 101B exists in trips.txt but not in routes.txt, and so should either be added to routes.txt or renamed to 101 in trips.txt.

With the latest release, the route_id issues in the bus feed appear to be resolved, but there are now a number of other Invalid Value type errors with direction_id and shape_id in trips.txt.
