Manyunk Line weekday discrepancies? #3

I received this email this morning. I checked SEPTA Instant, The SEPTA app, and the GTFS. This user may be on to something. I've included the email and the images.

Hello,

I have the app up to date, but it still seems like it is reporting times for invalid trains. This train should be coming every hour or so on off peak hours, but the app is indicating otherwise. Could you please advise?
