Formatting Issue in bus feed Feb 26 2023 version #31

Hi, I've found that a few of the Feb 26 2023 GTFS files (bus routes.txt and trips.txt) have a formatting issue involving the carriage returns:

The GTFS Validator picks up on this issue too:

From the issues log it looks like this issue has been found and resolved before.
