Bad spelling of file name of latest release #9

gtfs_pubilc.zip is one letter away from indecent jokes :) it also interferes with automated downloads.

We've fixed the misspelling, ensured the latest update is spelled correctly and are working towards automating the process to ensure we will always be, at minimum, two letters away from anything indecent.
