Access reforge prefixes for weapons/accessories #27

Just a way to easily access any 'possible' prefix of a given weapon/accessory without the need to sit there reforging all day. http://wiki.terrariaonline.com/Reforge

Apparently it is possible to set impossible prefixes on a weapon, but they will disappear upon map reload or something...

I see how they can be assigned, but the value needs to be a byte, which means they are more than likely based on IDs. I'll have to do some research into this one, but it's on the list of things to do.
