Not opening #47

Buildaria doesn't open. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it didn't work. First time using it.

Buildaria does not work with the latest version of Terraria. I have plans to update it, but not any time soon.

I'll update the readme file when I get to my PC.

I'll leave this open since it's still basically not resolved.
