Adding sort/filter by rank to the name display #132

Please add this to the list of options when displaying validly published names or all names in the search. The following categories should be available: subspecies, species, genus, family, order, class and phylum

Is this the same as #37? We didn't have information on what exactly that request was, so it's been left unaddressed
