Adding a new Species in the Admin panel does NOT populate the drop-down list for a new Genome build #244

I was able to add a new Species without any issues - see first screen capture of the admin panel. Then when I went to add a new Genome - where the "species" field is required and is a simple drop down menu, that new species does not appear. I added "Junonia coenia Jc v2" which shows up as Species ID=63, but it does not show up when I go to create a new Genome.

I see that it IS working, thanks for the screen shot. I changed the issue from a bug to a feature enhancement. So the feature enhancement should be:

list the existing items in alphabetical order to allow folks to have a shot at finding their species from that long list. Thanks!
