Migrate nf-test CI to latest used in nf-core/rnaseq #50

Description of feature

We are using a better nf-test CI testing solution in nf-core/rnaseq: https://github.com/nf-core/rnaseq/blob/dev/.github/workflows/ci.yml

This removes the need to have any tags.yml files as well as tag entries in tests. Be good to migrate this over to this pipeline.
