Monitoring not working after re-running with `-resume` #345

I launched a pipeline with -with-tower and it correctly showed up in my account. I re-run it with -resume and the CLI gave me a URL that has my username but without the "-gh" suffix (for github login).

I can provide the watching URLs if they can help :) Cheers

UPDATE: I guess I need to check again if during the reboot the tower token changed
