Create directory not supported by HTTPS file system provider #364

I'm getting the following error when running any of the nf-core pipelines (test and docker profiles used):

Create directory not supported by HTTPS file system provider

I'm guessing that this error is due to permissions issues with the tower IAM user that I created, but I'm not sure why. Any ideas on what the problem is?

An odd aspect of the error is that some jobs are successfully completing (see the screenshot).

This was a dumb error caused by using the wrong s3 url for the output directory
