[docs] Add SQS streaming guide and update nav paths #573

Added documentation for streaming Postgres changes to Amazon SQS and improved the sidebar title for webhook endpoint streaming. The new SQS guide includes detailed instructions for:

Setting up IAM permissions and user credentials
Configuring message delivery options
Implementing optional Change Capture Pipelines
Verifying message delivery and debugging
Handling message ordering with FIFO queues

The guide also includes AWS policy examples and best practices for production deployments.
