Generally people having neogeo roms are already
using Mame emulator and using a program to
manage their rom,
Any emulator existing give a dat to build their roms
if you dont send one , you can be sure some people
dont use your, i'm one of this

Thank you for remove my post where i have request 
a dat , it proove you are not a good coder
