Change 5 large SVG files to WEBP #4

Set to ~1080x1080 resolution. Probably could be optimized, but makes these files 1/3rd the original size

There are additional SVG images; I did not remove them all

PageSpeed 75->93 on mobile, 96->99 desktop. It's now at the point where any further optimizations are just for the bragging rights.
