What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open http://www.scalatest.org/user_guide/runner in a browser.
2. Scroll down to the section titled "Specifying tags to include and exclude".
3. Click on the link to docs for Suite (or Distributor in the next section).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The page with docs for Suite (or Distributor) should come up.
Instead I see a 404 page.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Doesn't matter.

Please provide any additional information below.
The correct destination for the link should be 
http://www.scalatest.org/user_guide/suite

I removed the user guide from the public interface of the site, and am working 
on a new one. So this one I won't fix.
