Missing scaladoc for @Ignore #5

I remember that the annotation class Ignore was included in the Scaladoc of 
some previous versions. In the 1.6.1-Scaladoc I cannot find it any more but 
there is a reference to it in the description of TestIgnored.

Is that intentional? If not, are possibly further (annotation) classes also 
missing in your Scaladoc?

The trouble is that those are by necessity defined in Java, and we don't have a 
way yet to automatically insert the Javadoc comments into the Scaladoc. I would 
like to do that eventually though. We'll try to do that in 2.0.
