Added a (what I believe) is a lost inline #15

One of the operator overloading functions for "operator=" was missing and causing the project to not compile.

There are also 3 missing inlines on line 80, 85 and 91 (only if INFINT_USE_EXCEPTIONS is defined)

That must be on an edited version because there are no missing inlines on any of those lines in my or the original project.
