Sp3000 support #5

Support for Sofar ME 3000SP type of retrofit storage only inverter (tested on rebranded for Italy version, ZCS 3000SP)

Hi, just had my inverter installed, and re-used almost all of your code to support the 3000SP data message format. Still fine tuning some of the fields, but I already added almost all of the ones displayed on the sofar cloud app
