Bad handling of tbz/tbz2 files

The Unarchiver (1.6.1 and 2.0 beta 1) seems to handle tbz/tbz2 files 
incorrectly. It does handle bz2 
and tar.bz2 files correctly.

First issue, it does not automatically associate with tbz/tbz2 files when told 
to from the preference 
window. Second issue, it unarchives, when manually associated with tbz files, 
the tbz file into a tar 
file, which then needs to be further unarchived into the original file/folder.

I don't recall this happening to me before, but I may have just missed it - I 
don't actually use 
tbz/tbz2 files that often.

Should be fixed now. I'm going to blame the association problems on Launch 
Services being broken again, but 
now it seems to work.
