Enhancement Request: Add new actions.

1) Open link in new foreground tab
2) Open link in new background tab
3) Zoom in image
4) Zoom out image
5) Zoom in page
6) Zoom out page
7) Undo close tab

7) use Restore last closed tab.

restore last closed tab gesture seems to stop working for me even after 
restarting 
chrome. can see the gesture hint showing the restore gesture is performed but 
nothing 
seem to happen.

wonder if anyone is experiencing the same thing. 

currently using Google Chrome 4.0.206.1 Beta
