Problems when gesture starts with U(p) #26

I am using latest 1.2.6 version and have problems when gesture starts with U 
move. I have to drag it longer it up direction and wait a bit.

Lokks like it is not only the problem for up gest. Generally gest starts after 
a 
while. It should start as soon as right mouse button is clicked.
