closing the browser fails #32

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a new instance of the browser
2. Drag and drop a tab in order to create a new instance 
3. Use nk gesture to close the browser 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It's supposed to close the windows which has focus (where the gesture is 
made); but it close the parent window.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
nkGestures - Version : 1.2.7 - Chrome 4.0.266.0 - Windows 7 64 bits

Please provide any additional information below.
