v1.1.0 no longer exists. Bumping it to v1.10.1 (latest) version resolves the issue.

I think a have the same problem. Message: 'Unresolved dependency: 'org.junit.platform:junit-platform-suite:jar:1.1.0''

The correct version is 1.10.1
