I have searched extensively but haven't been able to find a suitable example yet. If you are aware of any repositories or projects that showcase Serenity and XRay integration, could you please share the links with me? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

It can be done using the JIRA/XRay APIs. Xray is a commercial tool so it's not likely to be part of the open source repositories unless someone sponsors it or someone with a commercial support package requests it.
