Support for JIRA personal token is very necessary

I understand that this is an important issue for you and your organisation, as it has the potential of saving you a lot of time and effort (and therefore money). However we currently have no timeline for work on JIRA integration. As Serenity BDD is an open source project, you have several options to getting this work prioritised:

• You can make the change yourself and propose a pull request
• You can hire someone to make the change for you
• You can opt for one of the Serenity BDD support models (see https://drive.google.com/file/d/1wzivinrh8nWQavixC5BSioDTkGJqZhI7/view?usp=sharing).

what’s the cost we are looking at to

1. enable jira token
2. add rally support
