Serenity JIRA Plugin incompatible with the latest serenity version 3.6.7 #122

The latest version of serenity, added new methods in StepListener interface, The respective implementation is not available in the JiraStepListener, which makes the Serenity-Jira-Plugin unusable in the latest serenity integration.

please add the implementaion for the newly added interface methods in the JiraStepListener
