feature/additional input tags for qualitative test results. Try this with Blood type test #103

Tell us about your request! Input options for the lab are sometimes limiting, it would be helpful to configure the options for test results or enable the additonal of freetext to the options like we do for inputting medications. To understand the request, request a blood test on the EMR. Now blood type test results would be your blood group. Let's assume you're B negative. Attempt to enter B negative as your test result. You'll notice that it's not in the options you can choose from

Which app does this concern? Provider portal

What will be benefit of this feature? Diagnostics team will be able to enter accurate results of tests

Describe the solution you'd like Let's make these inputs work like we do when entering the name of a medication request on create
