What will be benefit of this feature? Visibility on data and actionable insights to monitor applications, respond to system-wide performance changes, and optimize resource utilization

Note: It's going to be helpful to notify users when system health is severe or degraded. This will need to span the API, database and client apps and converge to a status that can show up on a status page....something like https://api.twitterstat.us/
